East Park is one of Bremerton’s revitalization projects in the residential neighborhood of Manette, overlooking the Port Washington Narrows. the Bremerton City Council adopted the East Park Sub Area Plan in 2006 which details the land use plan and unique development standards for the area.
Eastpark is the first new neighborhood in East Park. The community offers a peaceful more calm atmosphere than the typical new home development. There are front porches, rear garages with alley access and community shared open spaces.
