For some reason I have Bremerton home buyers always interested in seeing foreclosures. When I question why they would only want to see foreclosures they almost always give me the same answer, “because we want a deal”. At this point I try and explain the foreclosure process and usually they decided to see other homes too. All foreclosures are not created equal and what you hear on national news usually doesn’t hold true to the Bremerton area. But I thought I would share the foreclosures in the area. These are all the foreclosures that are listed in the local multiple listing data base.
