  2. Days on market for the homes in your neighborhood, to include active, pending and sold.
  3. What the recent list to sales price ratio.
  4. Do other homes for sale in the neighborhood have any buyer bonuses?
  5. How many homes have sold in your neighborhood in the last 90 days, 120 day, 180 days.
  6. Are there any homes that are pending in your area.
