Madeline Woods Townhomes in East Bremerton are located just off of Central Valley Road adjacent to Woodlands Elementary School. Being centrally located in the Bremerton/Silverdale area these new townhomes are a commuters dream. Just minutes to most employment centers and both Naval Base Kitsap locations.

Madeline Woods Townhomes are being built by Highmark Townhomes LLC and Soundbuilt Townhomes LLC. Currently there are only 13 home-sites available. The project has 24 pending and have sold 12 just this year. I have had the opportunity to sell one of these units and can tell you that in this price range this project is an amazing opportunity.

The remaining 13 townhomes are three bedroom units with two and half baths ranging from 1380-1880 square feet. Some units are three levels that offer a huge bonus room. If you are looking for a neighborhood that is very aesthetically appealing and want to live in a new home under $200,000 this could be the neighborhood for you. Some home-sites back to private areas and some are located to the neighborhood park. Here you will find plenty of guest parking along with your own one car garage. Some units still have a $5,000 Buyer Bonus and if you are a 1st time home buyer be sure to email me about the $8,000 tax credit you may be eligible for.

Jo Soss | Bremerton Real Estate

I began my real estate career in 1994. I soon found out that I loved selling real estate and that I was really good at it! Lots of people sell real estate, but not everyone is good at it. I bring to my clients the commitment to work hard and have fun.

The role of a real estate salesperson is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction. I am absolutely committed to fulfilling your needs with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and service.

My commitment to your satisfaction is the foundation from which a solid business relationship is built.I realize that people do business with people they trust. I am interested in what is best for you, the client, and am committed to establishing a long-term relationship based on trust.

I pride myself on being knowledgeable and staying current with changes in the industry that will affect the success of your transaction. You have worked hard to be able to purchase the home of your dreams. I feel the responsibility to make those dreams a reality and pursue the right solution enthusiastically.

I am the spouse of a US Navy Sailor (HM1 (FMF/SW/AW) Jay Olson) so I do know the “in’s and out’s” of a relocation. I have moved cross country several times in the last few years, so I know the importance of the internet for those that need to relocate.

I have sold homes to clients via the web – site unseen.
